Butt Snorkeler is constantly growing and if you really want to try something on you can come to the warehouse in Auckland (by appointment only). Or if you want to save on shipping costs you are welcome to pick up. Just call us to arrange a time 0n 0274 718 221 or 021 028 44340.
HOW IS THE SHIPPING TOTAL DETERMINED FOR AN ORDER WITHIN THE DOMESTIC NEW ZEALAND?
All orders leave our warehouse via a NZ Courier unless otherwise noted. Domestic shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the package, the number of items in the order, and the distance traveled. Handling is also included into your shipping total. You can view your total cost of shipping in your cart before purchasing to see the exact amount you will be charged and to help you to decide which shipping method is best for you. DO I HAVE TO PAY A CUSTOMS CHARGE TO RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS PACKAGE? WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS WHEN I ALREADY PAID SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
Yes, the purchaser is responsible to pay any and all customs and duties imposed by your country after your package has shipped from the NZ. Each countries customs and import charges will vary and the purchaser is responsible to pay these post purchase to their local governments. This charge is not in any way related to Butt Snorkeler nor can it be calculated by Butt Snorkeler. This is why no taxes are collected on items being shipped abroad.
I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
Simply contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery. If we are not able to change the size/style before it is shipped, you will have to contact Butt Snorkeler customer service and we'll work with you to sort out correct shipping/returns which may incur an another shipping cost at your expense.

I JUST RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PLACE MY ORDER. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
This error generally occurs when the information you are placing under the billing information section of this order does not exactly match the information that would be on your credit card billing statement. Although there may be "pending" charges in your account. You will NOT be charged for these. It may take anywhere between 2-10 days for these attempted charged to clear depending on how quickly your bank releases the funds. HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN A PARTICULAR ITEM IS ABOUT TO BE RESTOCKED OR DISCONTINUED?

WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE? / I CANNOT GET MY COUPON CODE TO WORK.
Promotional coupon codes can be entered at the my cart screen. Please note coupon codes will not work for any pre-orders, special event items, or if noted on the items description.
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN? HOW WILL THEY FIT?
Please ensure you check your size on the size chart before you purchase. Please note that the measurements we give in our size chart may have a variance of about an inch. The description on the detail page of each shirt in our store will indicate which type of shirt that particular design is printed on. Generally, you may experience some shrinkage in both the length and width after wash with our 100% cotton and 50/50 cotton-poly materials.
